‘On Loving God’ By St. Bernard of Clairvaux - ‘Of love toward God…’ – Chapter VII; pages 11; part III [St. Bernard of Clairvaux – XI-XII Century AD; born: Burgundy, Kingdom of France/died: Clairvaux, Kingdom of France; (aged 62-63); Abbot; Mystic; Leader; co-founder of the Knights Templar; Last of the Fathers; Doctor Mellifluus] Chapter VII. Of love toward God not without reward: and how the hunger of man's heart cannot be satisfied with earthly things I have said already that the motive for loving God is God Himself. And I spoke truly, for He is as well the efficient cause as the final object of our love. He gives the occasion for love, He creates the affection, He brings the desire to good effect. He is such that love to Him is a natural due; and so hope in Him is natural, since our present love would be vain did we not hope to love Him perfectly some day. Our love is prepared and rewarded by His. He loves us first, out of His great tenderness; then we are bound to repay Him with love …sɔgbɔ ɖe edzi

The Summorum Pontificum pilgrimage will tomorrow be barred from entering St. Peter’s Basilica, said Christian Marquant, president of the French organization Paix Liturgique, at today’s event at the Augustinianum in Rome. He added that Pope Leo XIV had described last year’s Mass at St. Peter’s as “instrumentalized,” reports MessaInLatino.it. This Papal remark was made during a December audience in which Bishop Athanasius Schneider raised the widespread desire for the Roman Rite with Leo XIV. “Perhaps he was annoyed by the large turnout or the extensive press coverage,” Marquant speculated. “And indeed, this year permission to celebrate Mass at St. Peter’s has been refused!” Marquant then announced breaking news: “Not only have we been denied permission to celebrate Mass, but we have even been barred from entering the basilica, without so much as a semblance of justification. We shall see what happens tomorrow.” The decision was communicated in recent days in a letter from the Vatican …sɔgbɔ ɖe edzi
By mandating a single, highly controlled liturgy across the globe, the Vatican utilized the Mass as an institutional tool to accomplish specific objectives:
Life it’s all about love! Liturgy of October 25 - Sunday XXX of the Ordinary Time Dear brothers and sisters, at this beginning of the third millennium, in which wars, injustices and wickedness rage in the world, the words of Jesus we’re going to listen to in the passage from the Gospel of Matthew on Sunday October 25 resonate imperiously. In fact, the Son of God invites us to make ours the greater commandment to Love God and our brothers and sisters so that a new dawn of peace and brotherhood may arise in the world. Actually, it is only love that makes us feel alive, that makes our hearts burst with joy, that gives us the wings of enthusiasm and allows us to reach unthinkable goals, that awakens those wonderful potentialities, unknown even to ourselves, that God has placed in the depths of our being…
Quran is "Word of God" and Muhammad "chosen by God" - says Italian bishops’ school material. The publication, Schede per conoscere l’Islam (“Sheets for Understanding Islam”), was prepared by the CEI and the Pontifical Institute for Arabic and Islamic Studies (PISAI). It comprises 11 teaching sheets intended for use in Catholic religious instruction in Italian schools. They were presented at Palazzo Borromeo in Rome on October 21, at an event attended by Cardinal Matteo Zuppi. Sheet 2 describes Muhammad as “chosen by God to carry His message and to establish and guide the new community of believers.” It also presents him as an ideal believer whose life became a model for Muslims. Sheet 4 bears the title “The Quran: The Revealed Word of God.” Its text states: “The Word of God, unknowable in itself, becomes accessible to human beings through the oral recitation and written reading of the Quran.” It continues: “In time and space, God makes himself present through the attribute of the Word …sɔgbɔ ɖe edzi
Luke 19:40-He answered, “I tell you, if they keep silent, the stones will cry out.” Fr. Chad Ripperger's Sermon for the Feast of the Holy Family, Jan. 8, 2023 (TLM) at St. Mary of Pine Bluff Catholic Church in Pine Bluff, Wisconsin. Introit: Proverbs 23: 24-25 Epistle: Colossians 3: 12-17 Gospel: Luke 2: 42-52
Our Lady of Good Success described the abuses that would attack each of the Sacraments: The Sacred Sacrament of Holy Orders would be ridiculed, oppressed and despised. The demon would labor unceasingly to corrupt the clergy and would succeed with many of them. And these “depraved priests, who will scandalize the Christian people, will incite the hatred of the bad Christians and the enemies of the Roman, Catholic and Apostolic Church to fall upon all priests. This apparent triumph of Satan will bring enormous sufferings upon the good pastors of the Church.” About the Sacrament of Matrimony, which symbolizes the union of Christ with His Church, she said this: “Masonry, which will then be in power, will enact iniquitous laws with the objective of doing away with this Sacrament, making it easy for everyone to live in sin. … The Christian spirit will rapidly decay, extinguishing the precious light of Faith until it reaches the point that there will be an almost total and general corruption …sɔgbɔ ɖe edzi

St. Basil the Great ~ This is how you pray continually, not by offering prayer in words, but by joining yourself to God through your whole way of life...
A beautiful prayer for every country facing the chastisements of the 'errors of Russia!'

False gods are demons. Anyone who promotes syncretism betrays Jesus Christ. Syncretism can lead to nothing other than chaos in society, to a Babylonian religious confusion!
The Bishops' Conference reports that seminarians from Allen Hall and Oscott were invited to participate in encounters with Hindu, Jain and Sikh communities
Leo XIV recently underwent surgery to remove a lung tumor. He has now canceled a visit to Assisi—according to the Vatican, so as not to jeopardize his recovery.
Leo XIV cancels his presence at next inter-religious Assisi meeting. Pope Leo XIV will not travel to Assisi on October 27 for the peace meeting with representatives of various religions. The meeting was intended to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the syncretistic Assisi gathering convened by John Paul II in 1986. It seems that Leo XIV wants to avoid another scandal. The official excuse is his health. Doctors have advised against the helicopter trip "as a precautionary measure." Leo XIV will send a video message instead. At the same time, the doctors announced that Leo XIV had undergone another X-ray. The results were excellent, and his postoperative recovery is progressing very well. #newsBooqnjbqpw
On October 20, Hereditary Prince Alois of Liechtenstein confirmed that he would not approve legislation allowing abortion. The bill had passed Parliament on September 2 by 13 votes to 12. Without the Prince's approval, it cannot enter into force. He stated that the proposal did not adequately protect unborn life. He expressed support for improving information, counselling and assistance for mothers.
