This love is demonstrated through the fulfillment of the offices of priest, prophet, and king, shared by all baptized individuals. The priest offers sacrifice and mediates, the prophet teaches God’s will, and the king serves, all with the ultimate goal of leading people to holiness and heaven. Marriage and family life are designed by God to help individuals become saints through self-sacrifice, teaching, and prayer. This was a propaganda fabrication which people in many countries have believed. A similar claim was made at the start of Russia’s 2008 invasion of Georgia. Russian television also repeats the claim that Russia is fighting fascism in Ukraine. Such claims are in accordance with “chronographic suturing,” in which the past and present are knitted together (as Putin did in his 2001 speech marking the sixtieth anniversary of the German invasion of the USSR). The idea grew out of the agitation for the erection of a monument in memory of the little factory girl. "Instead of an immense marble shaft," wrote the subscriber, "I would suggest a neat memorial at her grave and a home in Atlanta where working girls can board for a reasonable rate. This also would serve as a retreat for those out of work. I would have all conveniences for their comfort and a night school for those desiring instruction.
