The General Chapter of the Legionaries of Christ has elected Carlos Gutiérrez López, LC, as the Congregation’s new Director General for the six-year term 2026–2032. The order counts over 1,000 priests worldwide. Fr. Carlos Gutiérrez López, 51, is a native of Hermosillo, Mexico, and was ordained a priest in 2009. He has served in Chile, Italy, Colombia, Venezuela, and Mexico. The language surrounding his election reflects themes strongly associated with Pope Francis. The General Chapter entrusted him with continuing the Legionaries’ path of renewal, emphasizing transparency, care for persons, communion with the wider Church, and renewed outreach toward the “existential peripheries.” The election marks the conclusion of the service of Fr. John Connor, LC, who has served as Director General since 2020. The General Chapter will now continue with the election of the General Government and further discernment on the congregation’s future. Founded in 1941 by the sexual pervert Marcial …More
The Sacred Heart parish in Herne, in the Diocese of Essen in Germany, has announced an ecumenical “Harry Potter” service to be held inside the Catholic church on 28 February. According to the parish's promotional material, the gathering will use the entrance hall and the nave. The evening will begin with a 'magical prelude', followed by the service itself. The event is explicitly themed around the Harry Potter universe and invites “fans and Hogwarts newcomers” to enjoy references to candles, light and darkness, “hope taking shape”, butterbeer, Hogwarts house colours and the opening of the “Great Hall”. Attendees are encouraged to wear “magical attire”. Essen Diocese is headed by Bishop Josef Overbeck, who is a likely candidate for the position of President of the German Bishops’ Conference. #newsGpjivfspuu
"Hear what the wise man thinks of the hope of the wicked: "The hope of the wicked is as dust, which is blown away with the wind, and as a thin froth which is dispersed by the storm: and a smoke that is scattered abroad by the wind; and as the remembrance of a guest of one day that passeth by."(Wisdom v. 15.)."

IN the last chapter we showed, that no one can die a good death, without first dying to the world. Now we shall point out what he must do who is dead to the world, in order that he may live to God; for in the first chapter we proved, that no man can die well, without having lived well. The essence of a good life is laid down by St. Paul, in his first Epistle to Timothy, in these words: " Now the end of the commandment is charity from a pure heart, and a good conscience, and an unfeigned faith." Former Internal Market European Commission Commissioner, Thierry Breton, an EU censor who threatened X if they carried an interview with Donald Trump. Wikimedia Commons, Bogdan Hoyaux / European Union, CC-BY-4.0 The US House Committee on the Judiciary has ramped up its accusations against the European Commission, accusing it of repeated election interference and censorship. After reviewing documents and communications of European regulators regarding Brussels’ tech regulation, the Republican-led Committee published a report titled The EU Censorship Files, Part II. It is accompanied by thousands of pages of internal Big Tech documents and communications with European regulators. The committee, chaired by Republican Jim Jordan, describes the material as proof of a decade-long European campaign to impose global narrative control through pressure on social-media platforms. The findings build directly on January’s exposure by the same committee of the EC’s first-ever fine under the …
A Moldovan man, 35, was arrested on February 3 in Vatican City after attempting to enter St. Peter’s Basilica carrying gas lighters and flammable materials. Authorities believe he was planning an arson attack. He has been linked to recent fires at churches in central Rome and to a previous arson attempt at a hospital in 2024.
Prophecies about the destruction of Rome are unfolding due to the Apostasy happening from the very top of the Church, as Our Lady warned about in the 3rd Secret of Fatima --
"In a word, the cross, that is, the Passion of Jesus Christ, is that which will gain for us the victory over all our passions and all the temptations that hell will hold out to us, in order to separate us from God. The cross is the road and ladder by which we mount to heaven. Happy he who embraces it during his life, and does not put it off till the hour of death. He that dies embracing the cross has a sure pledge of eternal life, which is promised to all those who follow Jesus Christ with their cross."
[Saint Alphonsus Maria de Liguori – XVII – XVIII Century AD: Marianella, Kingdom of Naples/Pagani, Kingdom of Naples; (aged 90); spiritual writer, composer, musician, artist, poet, lawyer, scholastic philosopher, and theologian, Founder, Bishop, Doctor of the Church] V. ~ Jesus upon the Cross Jesus upon the cross was a spectacle which filled heaven and earth with amazement, at the sight of an Almighty God, the Lord of all, dying upon an infamous cross, condemned as a criminal between two other malefactors. It was a spectacle of justice, in displaying the Eternal Father, in order that his justice might be satisfied; punishing the sins of men in the person of his only-begotten Son, loved by him as himself. It was a spectacle of mercy, displaying his innocent Son dying a death so shameful and so bitter, in order to save his creatures from the punishment that was due to them. Especially was it a sight of love, in displaying a God who offered and gave his life to redeem from death his slaves …More
04.02.2025 Here are some views on X on the consecration of new bishops of the SSPX on July 1, with my comments Pope Leo interprets the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms irrationally and schismatically. There has been no denial from the Vatican Dicastery for Communications. With Vatican Council II rational, which is orthodox and ecclesiocentric, religious liberty, ecumenism, collegiality and the liturgy are not an issue. It will be an issue for the liberals. Austen Ivereigh @austeni Superb overview of Leo’s commitment to deepening conciliar reform, including of liturgy. His response to traditionalists is to realize, not reject, liturgical renewal. Lionel: False. You cannot have a Conciliar or liturgical reform based upon Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally and not rationally. The Council has to be interpreted with the Rational and not Irrational Premise. ______________________ Commonweal Magazine @commonwealmag · "As we come to know Leo better, it is becoming clear that he has a …More
In the latest Epstein files release, two former US presidents are accused of raping a boy. If their former positions preclude them from an independent criminal investigation then humanity is finished in the so called developed world.
02/04/2026 Entire blog as a free PDF eBook. While the media worldwide reports on the juicy details of the published files on the Epstein scandal and tries to shift all responsibility onto Trump, whom they hate, I have not yet said a word about this extremely brutal criminal case, which serves to control politicians and people who have influence on world politics. If it turns out that there is evidence of criminal activity by the current US president, I will be the first to call for his impeachment. China’s Supreme People’s Court declares that sexual abuse of children is a “particularly heinous” crime and is punishable by death without mercy under the law. In domestic politics, China relies on totalitarian, technocratic control of its own population. In international relations, however, it shows neither ideological expansion, as the USSR once did, nor does it introduce “true democracy” with bombs, as the US constantly does. China’s war against the Western world is more calculated and …
The Freemasonic revolution within the Church that I've been warning readers about for almost four decades ( see here for example) is now in full bloom. Heresies are being promulgated to prepare the world for the entrance of the Man of Sin ( see here), he who comes in his own name (John 5:43). The confusion deepens. See here. "Before Christ's second coming the Church must pass through a final trial that will shake the faith of many believers. The persecution that accompanies her pilgrimage on earth will unveil the "mystery of iniquity" in the form of a religious deception offering men an apparent solution to their problems at the price of apostasy from the truth. The supreme religious deception is that of the Antichrist, a pseudo-messianism by which man glorifies himself in place of God and of his Messiah come in the flesh. The Antichrist's deception already begins to take shape in the world every time the claim is made to realize within history that messianic hope which can only be …
Una Voce International - the largest international association of lay Catholics associated with the Mass of the Roman rite - published a February 3 statement regarding the announced consecrations of bishops for the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X without a papal mandate. The statement was signed by Joseph Shaw (President, England), Monika Rheinschmitt (Vice President, Germany), and Andris Amolins (Secretary, Latvia). They write about the announcement: "Our ardent wish, shared by many Catholics of goodwill, is for the canonical regularisation of the FSSPX, which would enable its many good works to bear the greatest possible fruit. This announcement indicates that this outcome is a more distant prospect than it has seemed for many years." The group shares the FSSPX's goal of making the Church's ancient liturgy available as widely as possible. Their main claim: "We know many Catholics able to attend the Traditional Mass with all the necessary permissions from the Church’s hierarchy,…More
"The group shares the FSSPX's goal of making the Church's ancient liturgy available as wide as possible." WRONG! "The SSPX's main goal is the formation of HOLY PRIESTS. These priests are given to the Church for the sanctification of souls by employing the means that the Church has always used: 1- The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, specifically the 'Mass of all Time'. 2- The preaching of..."
Una Voce may have the purest of intentions, but regularization would require 1 of 2 actions. The first, God forbid, the SSPX accept VCII entirely. The other is Rome accept the SSPX on their terms (the TRUE Catholic position) that VCII is completely anathema. The equivocators at the highest levels of the FSSP , "thank the Holy Father" for allowing them to continue their mission all the while overlooking, and remaining silent on the abuses heaped upon other traditional groups. It is easy for Rome to allow their existence because Rome has nothing to fear. These words (paraphrased) from Abp. Lefebvre + seem to speak directly to what Una Voce is purposing: "... (Traditional groups) tell me that an agreement with Rome w[ill] open up for us a huge field for the apostolate. Maybe, but in a world of ambiguity, facing in two directions at once, w[ill] make us go rotten in the end."The saintly Abp. knows that to dialogue with the devil will only corrupt. May God Bless and Our Lady keep the SSPX!

"There are, therefore, three virtues, in which the perfection of the Christian law consists; charity from a pure heart, hope from a good conscience, and faith unfeigned. On 2 February, Pope Leo XIV appointed Monsignor Luis Darío Martín as the new Bishop of Santa Rosa, Argentina. He had served as auxiliary bishop in the same diocese. This appointment continues the disastrous trend of Argentine episcopal appointments of the Francis' era. The Diocese of Santa Rosa covers the province of La Pampa and is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Bahía Blanca. It comprises around 25 parishes, 180,000 Catholics and 30 priests. Biography and pastoral path Luis Darío Martín was born on 4 March 1961 in General Pico, within the Diocese of Santa Rosa. However, he left this his conservative native diocese to get his priestly formation at the Buenos Aires Seminary. He was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Buenos Aires on 17 March 1990. Archbishop Bergoglio of Buenos Aires advanced his career. In Santa Rosa, Bishop Reinaldo Fidel Brédice (+2018) preserved the Catholic faith and discipline throughout his episcopate from 1992 to 2008. When he retired, seven seminarians …More
