A 'Table Mass' was celebrated at 8:00 pm on Maundy Thursday at St Barbara's Church in Schophoven, Germany. The service, held around a large banquet table, included elements of the Jewish Passover meal. The only people who participated were the elderly. The parish is part of the Diocese of Aachen, which is led by Bishop Helmut Dieser.

Stovky prázdnych miest počas veľkonočnej vigílie Leva XIV: Petra: Matt Butorac, sprievodca katolíckych pútí, na X. strane informoval, že počas veľkonočnej vigílie v Bazilike sv. Na záberoch z videa, ktoré zdieľal pre "tých, ktorí tvrdia, že nebolo prázdne", je vidieť baziliku počas krstov. Butorac to pripisuje problémom s lístkami a neorganizovaným radom. Krátko pred začiatkom eucharistie však bol povolený vstup bez lístkov a všetci mohli vstúpiť.

Pierre Al-Rahi, the Maronite parish priest of Qlaya'a, a village in the Marjeyoun district of southern Lebanon, has died from wounds sustained in a bombing that struck a civilian residential area in his parish.
